Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 On Target Earnings (Year 1)

We’re currently looking for a full-time (trainee) Estate Agent to join our growing Romford sales team. Whether you’ve got estate agency experience or you’re new to the industry but thrive in a client-facing environment, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, your role will grow with you. Here's what it may include:

Do you have Strong People or Sales Experience:
You’ll be trained on the following to help fast-track your development:

• Registering applicants and managing leads
• Conducting viewings and giving constructive feedback
• Building great relationships with sellers
• Reaching out to past leads to book valuations and viewings

And once you are ready, we will support you with:

• Booking and carrying out market appraisals
• Generating new business from existing leads
• Taking the lead on client care and negotiations

What We’re Looking For

• Someone open to feedback and keen to learn
• Confident communication and active listening skills
• A background in retail, hospitality, sport, the forces or sales is always a bonus
• Previous estate agency experience is welcome, but not essential

Non-Negotiables:

• To live within 20 minutes of our Romford office

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
