    Many investors, after making the decision to invest in property, are left with so many choices and decisions to make, they simply don't know which way to turn. This can often lead to investors missing great opportunities or jumping in to potentially bad investments.

    We have been working with landlords since early 2000’s and have helped hundreds of landlords start and grow their property portfolio. Not a year has gone by where we haven’t seen a change in either letting legislation, mortgage products, investment opportunities, tax legislation and/or rental/property prices.

    When you use our Help to Invest service, you do not have to worry about making the wrong investment decision. We will assess your investment objectives, organise the financial advice you need, and present you with a recommended property investment that aligns with your objectives.

    We arrange expert financial advice

    Being able to move quickly is essential to being able to secure the right investment.

    As a Help to Invest client, we are able to arrange comprehensive and expert financial advice for you on both Buy to Let and limited company mortgages. Advice is provided by our sister company, Home of Mortgages.

    We begin our search

    This includes both available on-market properties and off market opportunities that we have identified through our own sourcing channels.

    You receive your investment report

    You receive a detailed investment report on our recommended property investment.

    We secure your investment

    Once happy with our recommendation, we negotiate with the vendor to secure your purchase at the best possible price.

    Advice to completion

    We provide you with a solicitor to advise you on the legal side of your purchase and help you with relevant forms.

    If you decide to purchase a property with tenants in-situ, we will provide all the guidance you may need with serving of notices on the tenants and reviewing the tenancy agreement.

    Help to Invest is a premium service that provides access to carefully matched opportunities, including off-market opportunities, and supports investors with expert assistance in selecting, purchasing and managing their property.
